Kool Dev Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use: By accessing or using the Kool Dev website or any of the open-source projects associated with the Kool Dev brand, you agree to be bound by these terms of use (the "Terms of Use") and our privacy policy, which is available at https://kool.dev/privacy-policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to access or use the Kool Dev website or any of the open-source projects.

By accessing or using any of the open-source projects, you agree to be bound by the terms of the MIT License and any additional terms that may be included in the individual open-source projects.
9. Legal Relationship with Open-Source Projects: Your access and use of the open-source projects, and any contributions you make to the open-source projects, do not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or other legal relationship between you and Kool Dev. Your contributions to the open-source projects will be publicly recognized through the history on GitHub or other similar tools, but this does not constitute any legal relationship between you and Kool Dev.
10. Governing Law: These Terms of Use and your access and use of the Kool Dev website and open-source projects will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the Kool Dev website or open-source projects will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
